Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services operated by Growth Links Media. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Services

Growth Links Media provides digital marketing services, specifically Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Link Building, Guest Posting, and Content Writing. We agree to provide these services in a professional manner and in accordance with industry best practices.

2. Search Engine Guidelines & Rankings

While we employ white-hat strategies and aim to improve your search engine visibility:

  • No Guarantees: You acknowledge that Growth Links Media makes no warranty or guarantee regarding specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or sales conversions. Search engines (like Google) frequently change their algorithms, which is outside our control.
  • Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for changes made to your website by other parties that adversely affect your search engine rankings.

3. Link Building & Guest Posting Policy

As part of our service, we secure backlinks on third-party websites (“Publishers”).

  • Placement: We act as an intermediary between you and the Publisher. While we vet all Publishers for quality metrics (DA, DR, Traffic), we do not own these websites.
  • Link Duration: We aim for “permanent” links (defined as the life of the website). However, if a link is removed by the Publisher within 6 months of placement, we will replace it with a link of equal or greater value at no extra cost.
  • Approval: Unless otherwise agreed, we will proceed with content creation and placement based on our expertise. Pre-approval of content or sites must be requested in writing before the campaign begins.

4. Content Creation

If you hire us for content writing:

  • We retain the copyright to the content until full payment is received. Upon payment, full copyright transfers to you.
  • We ensure all content is original and passes plagiarism checks.
  • You are responsible for reviewing content for factual accuracy regarding your specific business products or services.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment Terms: Services are generally billed upfront or according to an agreed milestone schedule. Work begins only after the receipt of payment.

Refund Policy:

  • Before Work Begins: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel before we have started outreach or content writing.
  • Work in Progress: If content has been written but not published, a partial refund (minus content costs) may be issued.
  • Published Links: Once a link is live on a Publisher’s site, no refunds will be issued. In the event of an error, we will work to correct the link or replace it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Growth Links Media and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Growth Links Media, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
